I went with a friend from Ecuador, took her to that magical little town where Casa Rayma is. We loved every part of the hotel. The room was comfy, facilities gorgeous, staff friendly. Food was tasty. The town has history, magic; perfect for a break away from city noise. Will bring my partner and family back to show them the charming town and stay again.

The town is pretty remote from Guadalupe and the access roads are terrible. Hard to get there.

On arrival, they texted me saying they'd mixed up my reservation dates and the hotel was full. They didn't honor my booking and moved us elsewhere.

The scenery is spectacular, the owners are great people, service exceptional. The breakfast was terrible.
