I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely helpful staff who made sure I felt at home. However, the beds were a bit too firm for my liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff's kindness more than made up for the uncomfortable beds, but it would be great if they could soften them up a bit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't included, but overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was incredibly convenient, and although the hotel itself is tiny, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours after checking out, and as a nice gesture, we even received some water on our way out.
