The room was quiet and suitable for relaxing, and being close to the front desk made it easy to grab breakfast; the food was quite good. The entertainment options were limited, and I wish there were more activities to try.

The resort is sleek and modern in an Indochine style, offering a variety of pools: an infinity pool, a kids’ slide, a mini water park, a photo‑op with a sea lion like Singapore’s, and a dry‑ski area for families and young groups looking for new experiences. The breakfast buffet is tasty, featuring regional specialties and a full range of Asian dishes. Be careful when swimming at dusk because the beach terrain has hidden rocks far from shore, so stay close to the water. Summer is crowded and peak, so booking a room can be tough; it’s better to stay on weekdays.

The resort is great for beach trips, fully equipped with hats, fabric bags, and plenty of beach gear, so I ended up bringing my own stuff that I didn’t use. My room wasn’t near the beach; I had to walk about 5 minutes or wait for the electric car.

The villa works well for families and the rooms are roomy, but the beach was littered with rubbish. The buffet breakfast felt cramped with only 4‑5 tables, and on a busy Sunday we were pushed outside into the heat, with no tree shade—just the building’s shade. By 8 am it was already hot, worsened by nearby smokers and swarms of large flies. The food quality was disappointing: the beef pho had just one meatball and two tiny meat slices totaling less than 2 cm². Le Coq was mediocre overall, and the fried rice with egg and garlic was just plain rice topped with a fried egg and a sprinkle of garlic, not the stir‑fried dish one expects. One evening a group was allowed to do outdoor karaoke until about 10 pm; the singing, loud talking and laughter were clearly audible from our room, which was the second furthest from the event. The facilities had several problems: the children’s playground sits on a hill with no protective railing, and parts of the slides were rusty with large metal flakes. The gym’s air conditioning was poorly working and uncomfortably hot; some equipment was installed incorrectly—my brother‑in‑law nearly toppled a pull‑up bar that wasn’t secured to the ground and almost broke through a glass window, only stopped by another person catching it. The pickleball court is fully exposed to strong sea winds, with only two sides covered by nets, so play was frustrating as balls constantly flew into streets and bushes. Finally, our bedrooms had a permanently lit bright green light that couldn’t be switched off, and two of our rooms had foul‑smelling toilets—thanks to staff who were able to temporarily address this. The beach had quite a bit of trash, and the buffet breakfast left a bad impression—very small space, only about 4‑5 tables.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the infinity and private pools being major highlights. The apartment was truly magnificent, and the staff were top-notch, providing excellent service. The varied breakfast was also a delight. However, the hotel's restaurant didn't quite live up to our expectations for dinner.
