The location in the Jewish Quarter is walkable, the room is spacious with a comfortable big bed, and water bottles are available. The shower is very small, and there were no hand towels. The reception isn’t open 24 hours; it closes at 15h, so we had to walk around with our luggage. A staff member entered the room without knocking while we were present. It isn’t an apartment, as it lacks a kitchen and hotel services.

The spot in the middle of Kazimierz is wonderful, with good public transport (tram) and a practical code access that doesn’t rely on staff. Next door is a special setting (former mikveh) and the breakfast is very good. I was completely satisfied.

Being close to Kazimierz lets you explore great restaurants and see Kraków alive. The front‑desk staff were wonderful and took care of everything. The room was very spacious, the toiletries left for use were great, the hotel was quiet, and the balcony was wide and wonderful. The water option in the room was also great. The only small downside was a dirty towel with a hole and a small towel rack that was dirty.

スタッフの方々がフレンドリーで親切でした。観光スポットへのアクセスが抜群で旧市街はもちろん、郊外へ出るのも便利でした。シャワーの水流や温度も問題ありませんでした。. 最上階（５階）の部屋だったので（なぜかエレベーターが４階までしかない）、荷物の上げ下ろしのみ大変でしたがそれ以外は特にありません。ただし５階は静かで天窓のある部屋だったので部屋自体は一番いいかもしれません。

Overall everything is good, especially the location, which is definitely worth it. Clean and comfortable. It’s a pity they don’t warn you that you’ll be placed on a mezzanine floor where the elevator doesn’t go.
