Breakfast was good. Customer service was terrible, no support when my flight was delayed and they didn't even send a message. When we arrived at the lodge there was no one, we had to call to be checked in and at checkout there was simply no one. The staff member Andrea was polite and friendly, but the owner was very rude to her on the phone. Very bad.

The location is perfect, next to the village of medicines and several restaurants. The breakfast served at the adjacent lodge is also wonderful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We informed the person in charge for two consecutive days that the shower was not working and she pretended not to notice; we only managed to take a hot shower on the first day, and the mattress is a bit too soft for sleeping.

I was received very well. The cleaning staff is commendable, took great care of our room and overall cleanliness, and responded within the same minute. I want to return more often and recommend it to TDS. Breakfast was very good. We were supposed to stay more days, haha.

The value for money was great, and Deia, the staff member, was amazing—she went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast wasn’t in the lodge itself but at the neighboring one, and it was well supplied and tasty. I didn’t like the mattress; it’s softer than the firmer one I prefer. On the first day, breakfast was delayed by 15 minutes, which made me anxious because we had an early excursion planned.
