“Reclamo”
Nothing. We were a group of eight Italian adults who had booked and paid in advance for four deluxe double rooms for the night of 4 August 26. When we arrived that evening, we found four unacceptable rooms. The bed had a dirty mattress cover with spots and hair. When we asked for paid sheets, none were provided because they were unavailable, and the only alternative offered was winter cloths. The bathroom lacked a sink (not even in the room), only a toilet and shower, and toilet paper was missing even if we paid for it; towels were only available for purchase. In response to our complaints, the staff was uncooperative and tried to haggle uselessly. That same night we had to secure another accommodation for eight people, which was not easy. We find it unacceptable that Booking offers this type of service and shows that they do not conduct a serious and thorough verification of the property. Everything.
