The mattress, air‑conditioner with heater, cleanliness, spaciousness, and price‑quality ratio were excellent; the market, Vinmart shops, and cafés were nearby, nights were quiet, and we rested well over three nights. The hosts were friendly and there was laundry, so I recommend it. However, the café nearby charges inflated prices for foreigners, which I noticed in a bit of Vietnamese, while locals see different rates.
