The location was fine, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Some rooms faced a busy street and were quite noisy all day, the bathroom only had the bare minimum and they supplied only shower towels, no hand towels for the sink. The staff were generally nice, yet the checkout turned unpleasant: right after we left the room, housekeeping told reception a towel was missing, and they kept pressing us until we went back up to show all the towels were there, which felt awkward, unnecessary and unprofessional. Then they asked if four people had stayed in the triple room, which wasn’t true, adding to the discomfort and casting a negative shadow over the stay. Breakfast had limited variety, and one morning we spotted tiny bugs near the sweets, which is clearly unacceptable and needs attention. Several areas need serious improvement.
