The hotel’s rating is low, but don’t be fooled; the rooms with river views in the city center are clean, just a bit dated—though I’ve stayed at newer hotels in town, so that’s not a huge deal. Parking is available for 5 € per day.

The view is great, but the entrance feels somewhat scary and the staff are cold toward guests, with no luggage service. We chose a room, liked it, but it wasn’t the best; it was nice and the couple and their kids (7 and 1 year old) entered, the owner charged extra and swapped us into a room with a double bed, a small extra bed, old furniture, and inadequate cleanliness. I insisted on the original room, but the employee refused. The room lacked trash bags, extra towels, and all staff spoke limited English and Turkish. Parking is far from the entrance and also charges extra.

We booked a room called “Deluxe” but it was basically nothing like that. The room was far from hotel facilities, the furniture was bad, cleanliness was below average, and the bed was uncomfortable.
