Joel and Demitri, the managers, are a credit to the hotel; a wonderful stay in a truly good hotel; no complaints about leaving.

The location was fabulous, staff superb, a bit dark for us oldies but overall a fantastic stay; would stay again and again at the Brown hotels; nothing, all wonderful.

The bed was comfy and the balcony and jacuzzi had a good spot, but our bed had hair and bugs, the dinner was awful with no variety, and the breakfast was better. We ordered a bottle of wine for my birthday, it arrived fine, yet the staff opened the door without permission. The bathroom water didn’t drain, the shower was large and accessible but also clogged, so all the shower water leaked out at night. The air‑conditioner made a loud noise like something was stuck, and the room lighting was very dim.
