Very clean, a safe area but a bit far from the center, and the distance to downtown plus limited transport options were a drawback.

The price‑quality ratio is excellent and it’s centrally located, yet the room curtains were transparent, so I had no privacy from outside.

Only the bed and a good mirror were decent; I don’t recommend this place, especially if you’re traveling alone. The surroundings feel unsafe, the nearby areas are lonely, dark, neglected, full of trash and homelessness, so it’s definitely not a place to return to at night. Moreover, the management was non‑existent: I was the only guest and no staff appeared at any time, leaving me entirely alone without clear protocols. To make matters worse, the curtains were transparent, stripping any sense of privacy or safety from the outside.
