I stayed in a beautiful rural setting, spending the day in Göteborg and then enjoying the calm of the countryside in the evening. Breakfast featured farm‑grown products, and the staff were very friendly. If you’re after luxury and flair, this might not be the place; I prefer the genuine, welcoming vibe. The location is gorgeous, just the right distance from Alingsås, the breakfast was good and the host couple were very friendly.

The place looked stunning and the host was warm and welcoming. The setting was full of character and the history was intriguing. The breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh eggs from the nursery chickens. Worth a visit!

The staff were very pleasant and the accommodation was solid. The shared toilet and shower were a bit inconvenient, but we knew that from the booking and it was reflected in the price.
