I was promised everything and got nothing; the place was filthy with mold, mildew, an extremely rotten carpet, walls, and ripped curtains. Mark told me the owner is a slum lord who will not invest in the property, pointed out drug addicts and homeless people outside the door, and warned me not to go out after dark; none of the ice machines worked and were heavily rusted, so who would want ice from that filthy platform; everyone pretended to be accommodating and said yes but did absolutely nothing, always blaming someone else.
