Super 8 by Wyndham Logan

The staff were very helpful with all my questions and more than accommodating. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

“Thank you!”

The staff were courteous and very accommodating, and there was nothing negative to mention.

“Poor”

The hot tub was nice and warm, but the room was not clean; I found items left by previous guests on the floor such as toothpicks and papers. Things needed to be moved for cleaning. The bed was hard and not comfortable.

“Internet completely unreliable”

The staff were nice and the room was clean, but the Wi‑Fi was probably the worst I have seen in the last 15 years (my colleagues were staying in different rooms and had the same issue). It kept dropping all the time (not even for YouTube; you couldn’t send an email) and when it worked it would ask to authenticate multiple times a day. Totally unacceptable.

“I have stayed in better hotels that you pay for by the hour.”

it was one night. No pool, sign said closed for maintenance. when I asked when it would be opened, clerk had no answer, and when asked when it was closed for maintenance, he had no answer the sign looked like it had been there a long time. Room was not clean at all, hair in sink, drawers had something sticky in them, A dust T shirt and stocking behind the TV stand. The breakfast was a joke, not clean at all, the trash bin cover was covered in old food, like an inch thick old food. Did not eat. Should have known when there was about five rooms rented out on a weekend
