“Dirty”

The bed was comfy but I’m not positive all the bedding was clean. Everything felt dirty. All the carpeting throughout smelled awful and was full of sand. We stayed in room 228, which was very dirty. The floor wasn’t washed, the washroom was gross (my mother mentioned). I even stayed an extra night to show my mother around TB. It was over priced for what we got. We didn’t even have cable TV to watch. Only recorded Roku was TERRIBLE. It was the only available room in all on TB. I would not stay there again.

“I do not recommend especially for the price paid”

The place was tidy, but the noise was relentless—air conditioning was unusable because the clatter from other guests slamming doors and chatting outside the window kept going until 1 am.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and everything was perfect for me. There was nothing negative.

The air conditioner was too close to the bed and blew over it, and there was only one sheet, so I fell ill for two weeks. I had booked a pet‑friendly room on the ground floor, but at check‑in I was charged an extra $25.00 for the pet‑friendly room and another $20.00 for the pet, and those charges were not posted; I was not pleased with the surprise fees. I did not book this place for my return trip.
