The setting in nature is nice, but I found it expensive. The price and comfort were lacking because the ecological toilet emitted unpleasant odors, which was not pleasant.

The natural surroundings, star‑filled nights, cool, calm, and unusual atmosphere were wonderful. The welcome was warm, and staff spoke Italian, French, and English. The comfort was simple, the bedding good, and everything needed was there. The road to get there is narrow, and traffic can be difficult at times.

The location was decent, but the value for money was terrible and the service was abysmal, especially when trying to resolve the issues we faced. It was unacceptable to be told “that never happened, I don’t know what to do.” Upon entering the bubble at check‑in we immediately saw hair on the bed and more. The round‑shaped bed is unsuitable for taller guests; at 175 cm you end up with your feet hanging off. After dinner, around 23:00, the bubble went freezing because the external power box tripped, dropping the temperature to 5.5 °C. When we asked for help the reply was again “that never happened, I don’t know what to do.” Only after half an hour and two phone calls did someone arrive to restore power to the box, allowing us to restart the small heaters (the only heat source). Even with the outside temperature still low, the room never got above 15 °C during the night. The next morning, after we checked out, nobody asked how we had spent the night, nor did the owner offer any discount for the inconvenience. For all these reasons I consider the experience very poor.

This hotel is set in a breathtaking landscape, which is a real treat. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to lend a hand. The only downside is that the hotel's location can be a bit noisy, especially at night when the nearby road gets busy. However, the stunning views and the staff's warm hospitality make up for it.
