“Muito boa e aconchegante”
Overall, the air‑conditioning works and the staff were polite. The room was cozy with functioning AC. The only downside was the lack of a mini‑fridge; otherwise, it was fine.

The staff were courteous. The room had a moldy smell.

Wander was always courteous, and the location was excellent—just steps from the Ubatuba aquarium, a supermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy.
