I was impressed by how well the staff understood my requests and actually resolved my concerns, which is rare for a place like this; the owner’s management philosophy seems genuinely good. The morning coffee was surprisingly good, and every time I stepped out the staff followed me, asking if anything was inconvenient, which I really liked. The airport shuttle was excellent. The only downside was that I was disappointed when the airport pickup wasn’t arranged as I had asked via email; otherwise, this seems like the most comfortable place in Shanghai.

“One of the best hotels we stayed at in China!”

I stayed at one of the best hotels on our China trip, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. They helped us load our luggage into the car that took us to the train station, and the escort to our room was outstanding. The staff member who accompanied us was extremely attentive, explaining every facility and service. The room was very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and organize our belongings comfortably. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, with several good restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. Absolutely no complaints; everything was perfect!

“Eccezionale”

The design and furnishings were beautiful and the place was spotless. The staff were available and super kind, even helping me with problems I had with a purchase in a store. They offer free laundry service for 8 items a day, which really makes a difference on a long trip. They welcomed me with water, which they replenished daily, and welcome drinks. I would definitely return.

“Great staff, wonderful hotel”

The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were really nice. Prompt communication via WeChat was helpful, and there was free laundry and complimentary soup in the evening. It’s a bit of a walk from the nearest metro station, but it’s a central location.
