I booked a bungalow with two double beds, but when I arrived they told me the rooms were occupied and handed me a different room far away with one double and three single beds; I asked for two doubles and they suggested I combine the singles. Still, I couldn't stand when they said that if we smelled something odd it was normal because many guests smoked marijuana, which was never mentioned in the reservation terms and I was traveling with my young children, so I left immediately.

The location was fine, but the place was filthy, the bathroom flooded, and overall it was incredibly dirty.

Everything was clean and simple, but neglected; I stayed three nights and asked twice for housekeeping to clean the bungalow, yet they never did. I booked a one‑berth bungalow with one bed, but they gave me a room with one bed and added an uncomfortable mattress, old linens, a blocked showerhead, and the location was okay, but I would not stay there again. Note: don’t mistake the simplicity for cleanliness; the room was left unclean and forgotten, not because it was cheap.

“La gente del lugar es grosera”

People who aren’t part of the staff come in and are rude, and they also smoke marijuana right there. When you arrive they treat you well but later they treat you badly, they’re abusive and pushy. The photos don’t show what it really is, the bedroom doors don’t work, and neither do the bathroom doors. There’s no parking for cars, and if you have a problem with the staff they don’t take responsibility.
