Patra Dumai Hotel

“Great stay with excellent service.”

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and breakfast offered a good variety of food. Nothing significant was wrong. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

“Härliga dagar”

I was thrilled with the clean rooms, lovely pool, and very friendly staff, though I found the taxi service a bit pricey when the taxis were actually very cheap.

Staff was soo nice, helpful and friendly and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. There was a mini fridge in the room and a ATM across the street. Breakfast could have been better, stuff was pretty cold and there was mosquitos on the fruit but it was totally fine, guess due to Ramadan most people already ate earlier. Also there was some hair in the bathroom but pretty clean all in all

The room very comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpfull. I enjoyed my bed there. My toilet have a very strong and unpleasant odour. I stayed at room 518 on 21 Jan 2026. And already inform this issue during check out. Your team should check on this matters
