The place is in a good spot. I was supposed to be in the nyx but ended up in leonardo, far from my friends.

The room was modern, spotless, and very cozy. The staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel’s location was really convenient and pleasant, letting us move around easily and enjoy the surroundings. The style is also very nice, with tidy décor and a pleasant vibe that gives the place a modern charm. Before I arrived, I sent a message asking for a room with a shower instead of a bathtub, because a bathtub wasn’t practical for me. The hotel confirmed that request. Yet on check‑in, the room I was given had a bathtub. I went back to reception to ask for a change, but that wasn’t possible that day. I had to spend the first night in that room despite my prior confirmed request. The next day, I was assigned room 186. Unfortunately, several issues were present in that room: some power outlets and certain lights didn’t work properly, and the coffee machine was broken, making it impossible to brew coffee correctly. These inconveniences negatively affected my stay, especially since my shower request had been made and confirmed beforehand.

“Het was een goed hotel op een perfecte plek”

It was in a perfect spot! It says there’s no kettle, but the coffee maker is also a kettle, so that’s super handy. Small flaws.
