“Excellent stay… Awesome customer service”
I loved this hotel’s location… it’s within walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a short drive to Universal Studios.

The social aspect was disappointing.

Nothing positive. The staff were rude, bugs were in the beds and they had to move us, and they seemed annoyed with us about it. Everything was a problem.

The hotel’s location was great. The outside of the corridors, elevators, and parking were dirty.
