The hotel is pretty and has a lot of things to do, which I like, and although they improved what they offer, there are others that aren’t as good. In the pool, there was vomit or strange things all the time, which wasn’t cool because people would go in and do their thing and nobody said anything. The overall service was fine but there was a lack of staff or I don’t know why it took them so long to take our order and bring it. They changed menus; the sushi was very good but the Italian lacked normal dishes—there was no pasta with tomato or garlic.

The staff were excellent, the restaurant food was very good, and the layout of amenities and facilities was very practical. However, there were a lot of people, the pool was packed, and there wasn’t enough staff to serve snacks. Overall, the facilities looked old.

The hotel remains iconic in a great location with a magnificent beach. It gets horribly crowded, the elevators don’t work properly, and the bar is in the same area as the rooms, so you sometimes hear the partying at 3 am.

The hotel is very good, the location is perfect, the pools are clean, and it’s great for families. But you must buy the ALL‑INCLUSIVE; otherwise the food and drinks are very expensive. They keep trying to sell you a timeshare all the time, and you can’t go to the lobby without being given a 30‑minute talk to show you the hotel and facilities in exchange for a late check‑out (no food or drinks). The waiters and bar staff are very slow, the food takes a long time, especially when the restaurants are busy, and the prices for food and drinks are very high for what they are.
