Bonita Beach Hotel

“The garbage disposal door was near our room and stunk a few days. But did not come in the room.”

The beach view was excellent, the place was very clean and quiet, and the kitchenette and full‑size fridge were nice; the pool was clean. The garbage disposal door was close to our room and stank for a few days, but it never entered the room. Many margaritas were made.

The balcony offered a view of the ocean and the hotel had a nice heated indoor pool with a game room. We only stayed one night because a storm was coming, and we checked out the next day even though the front desk said they couldn’t “officially” check us out until the last day of our reservation. The room looked nice at first glance, but it wasn’t clean upon closer inspection: a used bar of soap was in the tub, the towels looked and felt dirty, the sink hadn’t been cleaned, and the slider door lock was broken.

“Could be soo much better. Not well renevated.”

The location was great and the staff were very nice and helpful, plus I loved the free parking that came included. The beds felt way too firm or hard, there was mildew/mold on the ceiling (I have pictures), and dirty wash clothes from a previous stay were left hanging on the shower curtain rod.

“It’s not bad if you can deal with a couch in your room that was peed on, reservation staff out to screw people, and no o”

I liked the location and the heated indoor pool was nice, but I was overcharged for a night I had canceled. A staff member agreed to remove the charge, but it was then reversed and added back without my knowledge. When I saw I hadn’t been reimbursed, I called but they said I was too late because it was too close to check‑in time. Also, the couch in our room smelled like urine and over three nights no one serviced the room.
