It was nice to stay.
“Poor”
The hotel is in a good spot, but I had asked for a twin‑bed room and it wasn’t available. If the room was truly unavailable, the hotel should have cancelled the booking when I made it. The reception staff were not very friendly at check‑in.

The staff, food, ambience, and overall cleanliness were great. The area outside the hotel was dirty, and there’s no travel desk on site.

The kettle plug didn’t work.

This “hotel” is listed on Booking without mentioning that it refuses to accept couples without a marriage certificate. They take reservations and only tell guests upon arrival that they can’t accept them because they lack that certificate. Shameful. I showed my phone and argued that this wasn’t written anywhere on the mobile app, but it made no difference.
