However, things took a turn for the worse when I discovered that the property's 24-hour front desk policy was actually a misrepresentation. Despite this, the hotel's customer service team was responsive and helpful, eventually backing down on their initial stance and allowing us to check in late.

“They refused to honor our reservation”

I had a disastrous experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, they claimed they didn't have our reservation despite having our confirmation number and email. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, we were still charged the full price for the room. When I contacted the booking platform, they informed us that there was a communication error, and we would receive a refund within 10-12 days. Unfortunately, the refund never came, leaving us with no room and no money.

“Didn’t”

I had a brief and unsettling experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I found that the light in my room didn't work, and when I finally managed to get a replacement, I discovered a bug infestation. Needless to say, I didn't stay the night. The lack of basic amenities and the presence of unwanted critters made for an unpleasant experience.
