I was more impressed with the outdoor areas than the rooms; the reception was lovely, the lounge spots were nice, the pool inviting, the hammocks comfy, and the terrace offered a beautiful view. A private path leads straight to the beach, reaching clear water with rocks and a shallow shore, and it takes 5 minutes to Taganga. Every staff member was wonderful, friendly, and helpful with anything I needed. The rooms felt a bit dirty and cramped, with a TV that only had standard channels and no smart platform or Wi‑Fi. The bathroom we stayed in looked dirty, and the shower and sink faucets barely produced water. The air conditioner only started cooling after the whole night was on, and the check‑in and check‑out times felt too tight; it would have been better if they were adjusted, even though they let you store items and use the common areas before and after.

I loved how beautiful the place was, the social areas were great, and it was very close to the beach. Everything was excellent.
