This guesthouse sits just about a minute’s walk from the Sardine Storm. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful; even though we arrived late at night because of traffic, she still checked us in promptly. The room was clean, had hot water, hand soap, and shampoo, and featured air conditioning—rare in this area. The guesthouse also arranges snorkeling and canyoneering bookings. If it’s your first trip to Moalboal, this is a solid choice.

Close to restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. The place is clean and the staff are friendly.

The hotel sits less than 50 m from the sea, and the bar area is literally surrounded by it, so I never had a single moment of noise. The only downside was that my toilet was only 1 m wide from the wall, which isn’t ideal for taller people but was tolerable for a short stay.
