I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was extremely noisy, preventing me from sleeping even a minute. There was constant commotion on the hallway and my door was knocked on repeatedly. Additionally, the air‑conditioning was broken and the bed linen had burn marks. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The front desk was friendly, the room was okay for the price, but the bed was a bit old and the light wasn’t very bright.

Nhân viên của khách sạn rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ mình nhiệt tình. Vệ sinh và sự sạch sẽ. Lúc mình nhận phòng lần đầu bạn nhân viên đưa mình nhầm chìa khóa của 1 phòng khách vừa rời đi, chăn gối còn lộn xộn chưa dọn sạch sẽ, sau đó mình đổi sang phòng khác thì trong phòng có 1 mùi gì đó mình không nói rõ được, sự pha trộn của thuốc lá và mùi gì đó nữa chưa bay đi
