Breakfast was average with a fairly small selection. The location was excellent, just a 10‑minute walk to the center. The facilities are older but clean and functional.
Convenient spot and staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean. We had a good stay.

“Basic hotel, in need of refurbishment but in good location. Clean bedding and towels and friendly, helpful staff.”
Walking a short distance brings you to Le Mans’ shops, bars, and restaurants. The bedding and towels were spotless, and both the breakfast and bar areas felt modern with a wide variety of breakfast options. We even sat at the bar with our dog because she wasn’t allowed inside the breakfast area, which was fine. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the corridor carpets were stained and the stair carpeting was threadbare. In the junior suite, the mustard‑colored bed settee had grubby, dirty arms, and the room itself was tired and stained. Exposed wires hung above the left bedside lamp. When we reported the water wasn’t heating, reception immediately moved us to two double rooms because no other junior suites were available. Those rooms were still slightly tired but noticeably better than the junior suite. We expected higher standards, having stayed at a lovely Originals hotel before and seen the website photos.

Great city location plus parking. The room was a good size with solid facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Julio. The room felt a bit warm, mainly because of the ambient temperature.
