Rooms combine satellite TV, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, wrought‑iron beds, and plush duvets. The property is a short drive from SS34, Pallanza, and Stresa, offering easy access to lakeside excursions and regional attractions.

The location is good, close to Piazza Daniele Ranzoni, and there’s a small park behind the building. The room’s equipment is okay, and dogs are welcome. The receptionist personally showed me the room and explained everything. There’s no international TV programming. Parking is an issue because of the location; I had to contact the hotel the evening before, but they only replied late, so it wasn’t timely. The reception is only part‑time, which explains the delayed responses. The receptionist is professional but not very welcoming or especially friendly, more reserved. Breakfast requires pre‑registration, no later than the evening before. There is no lift. The room isn’t very large, but it’s fine for the old town.

The location is central and the room is spacious. The room on the street side was a bit noisy.

The location was in the town centre, right amid shops and restaurants, which was excellent. Taxis were difficult to get in Verbania – that was true throughout the town.

Very central in the town, a nice, tastefully furnished, air‑conditioned room, and I slept remarkably well. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, and the breakfast was great – not a buffet, but the plated dishes left no room for desire.
