The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was old and a bit rundown; the bed was uncomfortable, the bedding and towels were old, broken, and stained, so overall it didn’t meet expectations.

Everything was set up nicely and worked; the bed was firm but fine, and the balcony was just down the street where you could sit and look around, though the bed was a little firmer than I’m used to, it was still fine for a good night’s sleep.

Just a short walk to Jomtien Beach, with a food night market nearby and a larger one 15 minutes away – great spot! The pool was so tiny that we didn’t bother using it.

The location is excellent, rooms are cheap and very spacious, but there are ants everywhere! The pool is awful and there are no chairs to sit on.
