The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and the layout was well presented, offering great value for money. The hotel sits over the highway, making it hard to reach food and convenience stores. There was no check‑in staff, and the rooftop was under renovation but still usable for beach photos.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The building is old and the terrace was closed, with hardly anyone using it. Mosquitoes were in the room; I had to catch about 7–10 before bed. The hotel had an old damp smell. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. The TV was small. I couldn’t open the window because the screens were dirty.

Fantastic value for money, with a superb sea view, stylish rooms, and the beach just a short walk away; the bedding was soft and comfy, the amenities were high‑quality and even smelled great, and there was plenty of parking, while the TF bar looked even prettier in summer. The bar’s service was odd—no table service, and when the buzzer rang we had to fetch our own menus—and the staff were unfriendly; the two complimentary highballs that came with the stay tasted like watered‑down liquor rather than a proper mix, the accompanying snack was just four nacho chips, and the hotel elevator required a separate ticket for eggs benedict, which was listed as available until 9 pm but turned out to be reservation‑only; the next day the breakfast reservation desk was empty at 8 pm, and a call to the listed number said they were fully booked, so I never got to eat breakfast. Delivery from Coupang Eats wasn’t available in the area, there’s no convenience store within walking distance, the unmanned café at the back never seemed to open, the room boiler was so strong the fridge floor stayed warm (no separate controller), and about 40 % of the fruit I’d left in the fridge wilted, with the fridge turning lukewarm when cold water was added.

The hotel is close to the beach. A loud, four‑lane street separates the hotel from the sea; at night there are only a few restaurants, and you can’t order a small breakfast in the hotel.
