Each room features a flat‑screen TV, private shower, free toiletries, and a terrace or balcony for coffee or tea. Complimentary Wi‑Fi, central location, and easy access to Chiasso make it ideal for travelers.

Spacious, clean, and well‑equipped room. We even had a private terrace on the ground floor. The accommodation is ideally located (about 10 minutes from the center of Como and 8 minutes from the train station). Check‑in went smoothly and we even could leave our luggage a few hours before check‑out. We recommend this place. The shower had insufficient water pressure.

It would be nice to have a mini‑fridge. Also, it should be clear that there’s no elevator and stairs are required, or offer ground‑floor rooms for those with knee or mobility issues. It wasn’t obvious that it was a three‑storey walk‑up unit, making it hard to carry luggage upstairs. On the ground floor there was a strong cigarette smell; I’m not sure if it came from the ground‑floor room.

The spot is great—just a solid 7.0 out of 10 for location.

Cleanliness and safety were good. There was continuous car noise late at night and again at 6:00 am the next day.
