The location is close to the beach and restaurants. Too many things! They’re not meant for hotel or restaurant business. To clean the room you have to ask, otherwise they don’t come. They did work right in front of our room all day even though they knew we were there, but they didn’t care. We had to wait 50 minutes for breakfast, and they didn’t give the same portion as the rest of the week, why… We gave them the keys so they could clean the room, they had the whole day, we came back from our excursion, tired and sweaty, and saw the room wasn’t cleaned… They set up a WhatsApp number and told us, but it never worked because they never answered. There are many other issues… Stop hotel business if you can’t do it, or come to Europe to learn.
