Everything about this resort was great for all ages of our family, from the prime location close to the beach to the full range of holiday necessities; the games room was next level. I would have liked the river to be a bit crazier and maybe add chicken nuggets for my youngest, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about. This is the best hotel/resort.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the pool, water slides, and food were varied and delicious. We will definitely repeat the experience. Thank you very much, Mr. Imad.

The property is large, clean, and the rooms are spacious. However, the way women are treated, the rudeness of the staff, and the feeling that they think they can cheat Europeans are unacceptable; the reception constantly gave us false information—first we were told we could visit three restaurants for free, then we were told we couldn't. It was very frustrating.

The place is a gem, far from the beach but pristine. The reception is fantastic and the staff are very respectful.
