The food was good, the location ideal, and the play area for young children was a big plus. The air conditioning was very pleasant and quiet in the room. The service was too slow between dishes; with little kids it’s not ideal because a meal took 1 h 30. The elevator was unusable—on the 5th floor with a non‑programmable lift, it took 10 minutes to wait and then we had to walk down with two babies. The dining area was very noisy, and the location was noisy at night (until 1 a.m. from neighboring activity, not the hotel). The room was small.

Special thanks to the dining staff; everything was top‑level. We were very well fed, lunches and dinners were very varied. Good human interaction. Everyone paid attention to the little child. The room was very clean, cleaned daily. We booked a room with two double beds but received one double and one single. On the spot we paid an extra €4 per person per day for drinks, even though we had booked all‑inclusive. Parking was discussed at €7 per day, and in the end we paid €50 for five days. A tourist tax of €15 was also added.

“Buona in molti aspetti qualche lacuna per la cucina”

The building was beautiful, clean, and elegant, with excellent service at the bar and an exceptional, spacious, and spotless room. The only downside was that the kitchen served only pork, and the waiter who attended me felt a bit too overbearing.

“ottimo compromesso, camera moderna con tutto il necessario.”

This might be the best hotel I found in Romagna, fully renovated with a bathroom included. The single room is small but fully equipped, featuring a mini‑fridge and a large balcony. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was solid. There are several parking options around the property, and their own fenced, free parking is a great perk. The only issue was that the mini‑fridge didn’t cool properly; it was replaced promptly but still cooled very little, clearly a design flaw.
