“A stay experience damaged by other customers' smoking that seems beyond the property's control”
The location was great, and the staff, especially the duty manager, were really friendly and helpful - they even moved me to a different room when someone started smoking on my floor. But that's where the positives end, because the smoking issue was a total disaster. I'd specifically requested a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, but it turned out there wasn't actually one.
