Πώς αξιολογούν οι επισκέπτες το κατάλυμα, πτυχή προς πτυχή.
The location and the area outside the resort were fine, but the bed and furnishings seemed old and wrong, especially the top of the bed; the bedding was not comfortable, the linens were not clean, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

The location was good, but the rooms were badly maintained and absolutely not worth the tariff.

The room was not very clean, with leakage and dampness around the mattress; the mattress itself was damp and dirty due to water leakage, and the room lacked proper ventilation.

Nothing was good about this place; the room was super old and untidy, room service and staff were super slow, the lights kept going on and off again and again, and the power backup was not working properly.

The experience was the worst; the hotel owner threatened us and did nothing. I tried to contact you guys but no one responded, so this was my last booking from your platform and I deleted the app. Warning: Uninhabitable conditions and unacceptable management—do not book this property. Our stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was infested with cockroaches, the bedsheets had visible black stains, the curtains were filthy, and the space smelled foul. Basic expected amenities—including a refrigerator, proper in‑room dining, and clean bedding—were completely missing. When we escalated these severe hygiene issues to the property manager, Mr. Anil Sharma, his response was dismissive and openly aggressive. Rather than resolving the complaints, he condescendingly asked if we had ever stayed in a 4‑star property before and told us that we simply had to accept the conditions as they were, even admitting the staff was untrained. We paid premium rates equivalent to a 5‑star stay, only to be met with squalor and intimidation. We feel completely misled by this property and let down by the lack of support. A formal complaint is being escalated to consumer forums and the property owner. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
