This motel is exactly as advertised. You get what you pay for: a clean room, bed and shower. The place is decent for a one night stay. The room smelled amazing and clean. Sheets and pillows were clean as well. Location is only 5 minutes from the airport and 5-10 minutes from downtown. Lyft and Uber are inexpensive and great options for the day, however after 12am there will be no drivers able. Housekeeping is a lil rude and standoffish

There was literally nothing good about the stay. The staff ignored my complaints and never returned my calls. The room was covered in blood on the floor, walls, and AC unit. I checked out right away, asked for a refund, and was told to call the Gerald manager on Monday. I called Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but the phone rang for five minutes each time with no answer. I also emailed the hotel and tried to reach Motel 6, but got no response. When I explained the situation, they dismissed my concerns and asked what I wanted to do. It was a terrible experience; I have no idea what happened in that room, and they showed no concern at all.

Parking was convenient, but the bathtub was cracked at the bottom, and I worried I might fall through.

The front desk staff were friendly and tried to smile despite five other people complaining. I was exhausted after a long trip to Boston and didn’t inspect the room before entering. The bathroom still had cleaning supplies, someone else’s clothes on a stand, fake fingernails on the floor, stains on the sheets, and brown filth under aink on the floor. While loading my car, I saw blood down the hall and out into the lobby. I told the front desk, and a lady mentioned it was also down the hall on the second floor. I couldn’t speak to a manager because none were present. I left my number, but no one called back. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never stay there again.
