We were assigned room 60, which is tucked far away from the entrance and doesn’t look like a luxury room at all; the dark side has a sloping ceiling on both sides, and in case of fire you’d have to descend a carpet‑covered, tricky staircase to the emergency exit. We accepted the room for one night, but at 00:30 am the fire alarm went off, evacuating all guests – about 125 people – to the parking lot while the fire brigade arrived.

The staff were very friendly…the breakfast was great for everyone, and the rooms were well equipped…Even the restaurant was excellent; in the evenings you can sit comfortably with a wide variety of drinks. We would come back anytime and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The food was outstanding, with a great menu selection, and the service team was very attentive and friendly. The outdoor area was lovely, featuring a pond with water lilies and koi, a small pool, and an excellent sauna setup. The only downside was that the place isn’t wheelchair accessible.

The staff at reception, in the restaurant, and for room cleaning were super friendly and fulfilled almost all our requests. The room faced the lake, so the morning sun didn’t shine directly into it. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the prices were reasonable. The sauna and bathing facilities were adequate. Unfortunately, our room couldn’t be fully darkened; only light curtains were available, letting in a lot of light, which made it hard for night‑owls. Also, we noticed a pump in the salt cave wasn’t working, reported it at reception, but it wasn’t fixed before we checked out.

Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was rich and good. Rooms stayed tidy and organized, and the wellness area was sufficient. There was really nothing to complain about; everything was fine.
