The hotel was brand new, everything was very clean, pretty, and comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed was good, the towels were great, and the bathroom was cozy with a beautiful view. The staff’s service was excellent and the breakfast was satisfactory, though the hot kitchen orders at breakfast took a little longer… but nothing major.

The comfort, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. During check‑out we were presented with an optional 10% tip on the stay, which felt awkward since I was with friends and ended up paying; I didn’t like that.

The room was comfortable, but the cleaning left something to be desired: after the housekeeping team finished, I found dirty glasses still in the room and they never replaced them. A hotel charging such a high daily rate shouldn’t allow that; the cleaning should be flawless.
