Great spot near Novoyavorivsk, fresh air, pretty grounds, very cozy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is tasty and nice. The soundproofing between rooms isn’t great; since it’s off‑season, construction is happening right by the windows of the main block. It’s not a deal‑breaker, but daytime noise is noticeable.

Well‑maintained grounds, convenient cabins, ample parking, tasty food at the restaurant, excellent service. The hotel is often used for weddings or other celebrations, so evening music and song rehearsals are part of the experience—you need to be prepared for that, but everything stops by 23:00, thank God.

Very cozy place, beautiful grounds, large swings by the lake, playgrounds for kids. Dinner at Koliba restaurant was delicious. Special thanks to the staff—friendly girls who answered every question and guided us around. Great option if you need a night near the border or just want a family getaway.

Staying was wonderful, pine trees on the property, welcoming staff, we stayed in the main block, which feels very modern. The air‑conditioner sometimes blew at super‑high speeds at night even though the fan was set to level 1. A new pool was under construction. It’s a bit odd to do that in August when the high season is in full swing. The pines and oaks look stunning, but everywhere there are twigs and acorns.
