The on-site restaurant serves Swiss and international cuisine, accompanied by a selection of fine wines and beers. Each individually furnished room features a flat-screen satellite TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a bathroom, with some offering a balcony with lake or mountain views.

The view, breakfast, balcony, and room temperature were good, yet the room was very noisy—shower and steps from neighbors, plus the door was loud—making it uncomfortable, and the bathroom was quite cramped.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right on Lake Vierwaldstätter. There’s a ferry dock next to the hotel that quickly takes you to the other side. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious, leaving no room for improvement.
