The location is great for exploring the city and for reaching other destinations. The staff were friendly and attentive to customer needs. Parking was good. Our room did not have a bidet.

Located in the heart of Montecatini Terme, Hotel La Querceta offers a garden with swimming pool, free car park with limited spaces, and a sun terrace for sunbathing. Air-conditioned rooms feature balconies and WiFi access. The hotel serves Tuscan cuisine with local wines and is close to thermal spas, the A11 motorway, and 20 minutes from Lucca. Shuttle services are available to Pisa and Florence airports.

The staff were very responsive, and when we were late for dinner they still fed us. The food was tasty and varied, and there was a pool.

The pool was there and the staff were friendly, helping with everything, and the bed was comfortable. The tourist group was loud and the Wi‑Fi in the room was spotty.

The reception and dining staff were extremely kind. The room was clean and towels were changed daily. The food could use a review; we had half board with breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was not plentiful and the dinner, frankly, suffered especially in the choice of mains—frozen chicken cutlets, canned tuna and a thin broth.
