Perfect location, right on Turtle Beach. The rooms are simply furnished with everything you need and clean. The balcony offers a wonderful view and the sound of the sea. Kids loved snorkeling in the shallow water with the turtles. The manager’s service was especially noteworthy; he was a huge help with travel tips, food, and the driver—everything was perfect. Thank you, Mal, we’ll definitely come back.

The location is incredible – turtles appear at the beach daily right in front of the property, and sleeping to the sound of waves is also wonderful. The rooms are basic but very clean with air con and fans, which are so nice to return to after a day on the beach. Sun loungers at the front of the rooms are free for guests, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Thank you Mal! We will definitely return – we love the beach house. No complaints.

The only good thing about this place was its location right on the beach. The worst accommodation we had in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. The bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. The “fresh” towels were spotted, just like the sheets. Ants were everywhere, so you didn’t know where to put your backpacks. A cockroach even wandered into the bathroom. The windows were so dirty that you couldn’t even look out properly. On top of that the air conditioning didn’t work right. I rarely felt so uncomfortable in one place. One of the most expensive accommodations we had and still the worst.
