I liked the pictures I saw before booking that it was in a nice, central, quiet area because I was coming family‑style. It seemed clean with comfortable beds and a large balcony because I smoke and like to sit outside. I didn’t like that, even though I had booked a specific three‑bedroom room with a double bed and one single bed, at the last minute they changed my room even though they had confirmed it and sent me instructions; after a few hours they sent me new instructions for another room that didn’t have the amenities that the one I had booked had.

Breakfast was a lie. Your website said breakfast costs 8 € but when I went there, there was no restaurant to have breakfast in the hotel. They probably got support from the opposite hotel. But when it was full, they told us to go to the street to have breakfast. No problem. But write the truth on the website in advance. I don’t like anything. Only on the first day at check‑in I saw one staff member. I didn’t see anyone again until check‑out. For four days the room was never visited by a cleaner or housekeeping. The same guy probably runs the other facility on the street and is usually there. This isn’t even a hostel. Hostels at least have a common kitchen. You can fill your stomach. Here there is only a room with a shower. The balcony in the photos is not covered by a spider web. No one has gone out on that balcony for 20 years. The rooms are unmaintained, not like the photos. In the lobby, sometimes when reception staff have to leave their posts, they leave a stuffed bear on their chairs. I only saw a stuffed bear in this hotel. The bear never left its place for a person.

It was clean and pleasant, and they managed to find a parking spot right in front of the hotel.

There were bedbugs on the mattresses, so we left immediately; the bathroom was moldy.

When I booked the stay, it was stated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival and after asking again we had to pay for breakfast.
