The room is comfortable, and the location is great—almost right next to Scalea station. The person who welcomed me was friendly. There were ongoing works, so the central part of the house wasn’t yet optimal; that’s probably why the price was kept lower at the time.

The location is great for train travel, close to the station, and the room has air conditioning. Unfortunately, until midnight or a bit later you can hear the station’s noise directly in the room (about 15 m in a straight line) even with the doors closed. My room didn’t have a shower, only a tub with a shower head and no curtain or other barrier to stop the water from splashing out. I would have liked to take a bath if it weren’t for the hot water running out after 2 minutes and never returning even after hours. I ended up washing myself with cold water, in small amounts, from the sink.

Exceptional breakfast at Antonio’s bakery, located at the base of the building. Everything is great!

In one word, it was perfect, clean, sea, a wonderful house. The house was a perfect home.
