The room was comfortable with a functional and quiet air‑conditioner, a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom in the room was also very comfortable. Excellent cleanliness.
The place is very clean, well equipped, and sits just steps from the metro in the Alto district. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I booked this place for my mother and aunt who were traveling to Naples for medical reasons at the Pascale Institute. It worked out great. The rooms were spotless, the environment was quiet and perfect for rest, and the location was convenient for the hospital. A special thanks to the managers for their great availability and sensitivity. My mother even promised the lady that she would return…for a pleasure trip! A heartfelt thank you from my mom to the managers for the extraordinary hospitality, kindness, and humanity shown. We’re truly grateful for the support. Highly recommended.

The hotel is right next to the metro, with a taxi stand under the building, and the host quickly sorted a simple issue. The main door is too noisy and has to be slammed shut, which wakes you up at night and in the morning. There are too many night or early‑morning intercoms. The welcome from other guests in the hallway is loud in the room. It would help to put a sign on the handle to see if a room is still occupied or if you can move in.
Alessandra, the girl who welcomed me, was incredibly kind.
