I slept soundly every night, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, with room rates that felt very fair. On the downside, I couldn’t wander around the grounds because of aggressive dogs roaming nearby, and I’m not sure why people in that area keep dogs.

The hotel offered a motorcycle rental service and the guy was ready to help with anything you needed. However, the price‑quality ratio could be better because it wasn’t cheap, and the location wasn’t very far.

We enjoyed the pool, especially after a hot day, and the location was excellent, right next to the Trang An boat complex. The pancakes were tasty, and we added an extra night because we were catching a late‑night train, but we appreciated being charged only half a day. The staff handled all our requests helpfully. Unfortunately, the outdoor shower was out of service, and the rooms were a bit worn compared to our expectations, though they were clean and well maintained.
